offering a room
- co-living or renting out?two kinds of people share a room on loro: someone with a spare room in the home they live in (co-living), and someone renting out a room they don't live in — always labelled.
- how you reach seekersthere's no wall to post a room to. instead you find seekers who'd fit and send each one a personal invite. it's slower and warmer — and it's the whole loro idea.
- writing an invite that landsyour invite is a short note — 20 to 500 characters. say why them, be specific about the home and the people in it, and sound like a person, not a template.
payments
- do i pay for anything?seekers never pay to use loro. and right now, during launch, sending invites is free for everyone too. no packs, no fees, no card needed to get started.
- will loro ever cost money?looking for a room stays free — always. later, people with a room to fill may buy invites to reach more seekers. we'll always tell you before anything costs money.
