An invite is a short note — between 20 and 500 characters — and it’s the first impression of your whole home. A little care goes a long way.

what makes one land

• say why them. Point to something in their profile — the night-owl slider, the climbing hobby, the prompt that made you smile. “You’d fit the rhythm here” beats “hi, room available.”
• be honest about the home. Who lives there, the vibe, the house rules that actually matter. Seekers can feel the truth, and it saves everyone a wasted viewing.
• sound like you. A warm, human note beats a polished template every time. You’re not filling a room; you’re inviting someone into a home.

what to skip

Don’t copy-paste the same message to twenty people — it reads exactly like what it is. One good invite to the right person is worth more than a hundred generic ones.
