dealbreakers and hobbies
dealbreakers
Pick up to four dealbreakers — the things you genuinely won’t share a home across. Smoking indoors, pets, that kind of line. These aren’t preferences; they’re the hard edges, so choose the ones you really mean.
Dealbreakers carry real weight in matching: a clash on one pulls a score down, while shared ones nudge it up. That’s on purpose — it’s better to never see someone you’d fundamentally clash with than to match and find out later.
hobbies
Pick up to six hobbies. These are lighter — the climbing, the cooking, the Sunday cinema — and they give people something warm to open with. They’re less about compatibility and more about the “oh, you too?” that makes a first message easy.
Both are quick to change later from your profile editor as things shift.
