your account
- how do i delete my account?settings → account → delete. everything goes with it — profile, matches, messages. we keep nothing, and we don't guilt-trip you on the way out.
- signing in to loroloro signs you in with your phone number and a code — no password to forget. you can also use apple or google. your number stays private, shown only masked to you.
- appearance and languagemake loro yours: switch between light, dark or your system theme and pick an accent colour, all in settings. loro is english-only for now, with more languages to come.
data & privacy
- your privacy on loroloro keeps the sensitive stuff to itself: your phone, exact address and email are never shown to other people, and your own number appears masked even to you.
- your data and your rightsunder dutch and eu law you can see, correct and delete your data. deleting your account erases everything. want a copy of your data first? ask us and we'll sort it out.
getting help
- getting help inside the appstuck in the app? 'ask loro' is a built-in assistant — an ai helper — that answers common questions on the spot, right from the help center in your settings.
- contact a humanwhen you need a real person, not an answer page, write to us from the contact page. we're a small flock, we read everything, and replies take a day or two.
