You don’t have to leave the app to get unstuck. There’s help built right in.

ask loro

In settings → help center you’ll find “ask loro” — a built-in assistant, powered by AI, that answers common questions on the spot. It’s the fastest way to sort a quick “how do I…”, any time of day.

Because it’s an AI helper, treat it like a knowledgeable first stop: great for the usual questions, and quick to point you to a human when something needs one.
