Every profile is verified before it can match or message. While we’re small, that check is done by hand — a real person on our side, not just a box ticked by software. Homes come attached to the people who genuinely live in them, and anyone renting out a room they don’t live in is shown as exactly that, never disguised as a future flatmate. Agencies aren’t allowed on loro at all.
