our house rules
loro works because people show up as themselves and treat each other well. Our community guidelines put that into a few plain rules.
the short version
- be 18 or older
- be yourself — real name, real photos, one account
- respect people — no harassment, no hate, no discrimination
- keep it human, not commercial — loro is for real people with a real room, not agencies or ads
- stay safe with money — see the money rules
when something breaks the rules
We review reports with real people, not just software. If we act on your account, you get a clear reason and a way to appeal to a human — fairness runs both ways.
This is the summary; the full, binding version is our community guidelines. One especially worth reading: preferences vs discrimination.
