If someone breaks the rules or just makes you uneasy, tell us. It takes seconds and it helps keep loro real for everyone.

how to report

Open the person’s profile, go to the safety menu, and choose report. Pick a reason, add any detail that helps (what happened, in your words), and send. You’ll see a quick “report submitted — our team will review it.”

it’s confidential

The person you report is never told who reported them. You never have to worry about it getting awkward, and you never owe anyone an explanation for keeping yourself safe.

what happens next

A real human on our side reviews it. If someone’s breaking our house rules, we act — and the person involved gets a clear reason and a way to appeal.

Reporting and blocking are separate — you can do one, the other, or both.
